"Hello, i was recently seen at lee behavioral health the dr took me off my medication that i had been on for 5 years cold turkey and replaced it with another medication that costs 1,900 a refill. she did not address my anxiety disorder and told me she could help me as i refused to be put on medications that I have tried in the past and didn't work. she then went to the board and said who knows what so now no dr's there will see me. I am disgusted by the way I was treated."

"was assigned to David initially. I let him know that I have been in therapy for my entire adult life and had just completed for months and patient treatment. I did not want to dig up my childhood again as I had current trauma occurring. I have stage four cancer and stage three kidney disease and I live in an abusive household. I told him I made a short timeline of events to catch him up. Instead of listening to my knees, he stopped me and started asking for details about my childhood. We made it through third grade in the entire session. When I return from my second session, he let me know that he had put in his notice. Our entire session was wasted. I was referred to Laurie and had one session with her. We decided on doing individual DBT. She had me purchase a workbook and we had a second session during which she informed me that her goal was to get me to use my DVD skills and then released me from therapy. I told her that I live in abusive household, have stage four cancer, and stage three kidney disease. My trauma is ongoing and I do not want to stop therapy. She said good luck. That’s how all of these places run. They want high turnover. Then she told me that she had also put in her notice. I told her that the holidays were rough for me because my dad died on Christmas morning. So I scheduled two sessions for the week before Christmas. She canceled both of them."

"Had been seen by 2 different people, first one was great, he was incredibly helpful but he thought that his colleague would be more helpful because she had worked with postpartum anxiety before. At first things went well and I was improving until I went 3 days straight having horrible panic attacks, after day 3 I called the office and left a message stating I was not doing well (the receptionist was great at reassuring me) was told she would call me back which she did ONE WEEK LATER! Needless to say I left and im just as bad as I was when I started going here. It's a shame they don't care more about their patients, oh and most aren't doctors they are social workers."
