"Common theme here is either a 5 star review or a 1 star review. They certainly only deserve a 1 star from my experience. My minor daughter had a Telehealth appt scheduled and the therapist told me she doesn’t treat children, but would recommend another therapist. They billed my insurance/me anyway. Rescheduled another appt and my daughter had to explain everything again to another therapist, KM. We had a couple sessions with KM who I found to be very unprofessional. My conversations with KM were separate from my daughters but each time I spoke to her, KM was distracted by her dogs or household members opening her door. Billing is also an issue. They billed my insurance shortly after services were provided, but never sent a bill to me. Instead, they waited 10 months to send a bill (addressed to my daughter) which happened to be 5 days after my daughter turned 18. When I called to question why the amount billed didn’t match the EOB from the insurance company, the billing teammate said that it wasn’t a significant difference and offered no resolution. A second call also resulted in no resolution since they indicated they can’t speak to me because my daughter is no longer a minor. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they waited 10 months/ until my daughter turned 18 to send a bill."

"Do not go here unless you want your mental health to decline. I was seen here for a year with the same insurance policy. Suddenly, I received a bill for over $500 for two 10 minute appointments I had. I have called multiple times trying to get this fixed. It has been almost 6 months and my account is still "under review." The whole situation has been incredibly stressful and has taken a huge toll on me. I have never had an experience like this at a doctor's office, let alone a mental health practice. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere that knows how to bill insurance correctly."
