"Exceptionally unprofessional. Often late by 15 min. while you wait outside in the heat on her stoop. Reschedules appointments often. Does not communicate well: talks over you, talks down to you, and cuts you off. Almost aggressively biased toward one parent over the other. Does not encourage educating yourself on mental health. To speak to my children she required me to go wait outside the building in 90 degree heat for a half hour. She has fostered drama, disrespect, and alienation. I say this as an educated woman with experience with mental health providers and not from a bitter place but as a warning for others: DO NOT go to her seeking help!"
