"Very unhappy with Dr. Dye! His bio was impressive, so we decided to try him. Our child had severe PTSD and was in desperate need of intervention and counseling. He couldn't be bothered to review his previous psych eval and get to know the details. His "sessions" ranged from 5-10 minutes and covered basic questions an intern could handle. Honestly, he was dangerous and only delayed our child getting the professional care he needed! Response: more lip service! You're fired!"

"A coworker recommended this place to me, but the professional they suggested didn’t have any openings. Lauren Renne did, and I needed help, so I decided to take the leap and make an appointment with her. I have to say, I am so beyond glad that I did. Lauren is the therapist I’ve been looking for my whole life. She is kind, patient, understanding, and genuine. I have only had 3 sessions with her, but I started seeing improvement and feeling better immediately after my very first session. This is saying a lot, because I find it very hard to open up to new people or connect with others, despite many years of therapy. I never feel like I am burden to her, or like I am being judged. She has a great understanding of everything, so I don’t have to spend the entire session explaining things like I have in the past with much older therapists who didn’t necessarily understand the struggles of a young adult in today’s world. This means we have the entire session to focus on the issues at hand, so the time is used to it’s fullest. She is obviously polite, but she doesn’t seem polite in a stiff, overly professional way— as if she’s just getting through my session because it’s her job to do it, or as if she’s using a customer service face/voice; instead, she is polite in sincere way that puts clients at ease because it quickly becomes apparent that she is just a warm person who truly cares about you and helping you through your challenges. This is by far the most comfortable therapeutic relationship I’ve ever had; I can speak freely, be myself and be totally honest to her about everything I’m dealing with. I am really grateful to have found Lauren and, although I don’t want her to get too inundated with new patients that it becomes harder to schedule my appointments with her, I cannot recommend her enough! She helps to make a noticeable impact very quickly, and therapy won’t feel like a bad/stressful business transaction anymore… it’ll feel like catching up with an old friend who always understands and gives you the best advice, because she truly cares."

"Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to meet Dr. Dye. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time for my 9:15am appointment and with my paperwork completed. When I arrived, the receptionist walked in at the same time as me (therefore late). She reviewed my paperwork but was unable to send me back until her computer started. 20 minutes later, she tells me my appointment was scheduled for the day prior, a date and time I would have never agreed to, as it conflicts with my work schedule. Due to this concerning and disappointing first impression, I don't feel comfortable trusting them with my help and therefore will not be rescheduling this appointment. On the upside, the establishment was nice and the receptionist was very polite."
