She helped me through it. She helped guide me to face myself and to grow through the experience. The caring, non-judgmental atmosphere she provided allowed me to open up. Her expertise using evidenced-based practices helped me see myself more clearly and to grow. And at one point she even encouraged me to start coming less and later to stop coming because we agreed I was ready. She is well-educated and experienced in therapy.
