"Judgmental. I felt the clinical was not a good listener. Seemed criticism was the goal instead of finding a way to help me as the patient. Had no problem telling me what they could not do for me after 15 minutes. But any type help would have to wait for extensive screenings? If it needed to wait...wouldn't it all need to wait for more information/ a better full understanding? Not impressed at all."

"Have been a patient of Dr Imberts for over 6 years and gratefull for an outstanding provider. Since Mindpath has taken over have had logistical issues that never occurred prior. Staff are committed to great care and helpfull, however logistical operational issues have been excessive. 1. It's is impossible to get a live person on the phone. 2. Have had numerous messages left for clinical staff never replied. 3. Have left messages for RX refills that never reached pharmacy. 4. Have had the wrong medication sent to my pharmacy 3 straight months and takes several days to correct. 5. Prompt states to leave RX with clinical staff voice mail, but on two straight occasions and several followup calls was told would be better to leave with live staff at the appointment desk. 6. On three separate occasions refill requests were not timely sent to my provider and as he only works certain days were not called in and ran out of medication. They had to be forwarded to another provider who graciously filled them but was out for several days. 7. Finally I have been locked out of portal for two months now despite several notifications. I am confident THE staff is committed to great care and nice people however an organization the size of Mindpath should not have the extended operational issues that have experienced. Confident in my care but being retired military logistics determine success or failure. At least a patient should always be able to reach a live person."
