"Went to the Ocoee office for a physical seen Melissa Molina-Madrid PA. She was amazing and very professional. I was to have my blood work done, when her assistant said they did not do blood work there. When I pressed the issue she refused to do my blood work, because she did not feel comfortable, and said they were closing and I should call another location, but had no problem given me vaccine shoots. I asked to speak with Melissa Molina-Madrid and asked what this was all about because I know that they do blood work there. She confirmed that they do blood, but she could not force her assistant to do the blood work. My visit was November 11, 2023. If it was not for Melissa I would not be going back."
