SimonMed Imaging - Ocoee II

"My experience was not what I expected. I had to wait 1 and 1/2 before I was seen. I had to keep going to the front desk asking when I was going to be seen the front desk keep telling me it was someone in front of me. However other patients kept coming in for walk in and they was told an hour wait. Other patients came in after me was being seen. If they was running behind the patient should be notified. I was upset and disappointed in the front desk. I went up there again at 1:45 then she ask the guy who was seeing me it would be another 5 min . When I finally got back there he was surprised as I was just being seen. It seemed like he didn’t know he had an appointment scheduled at 12:30 pm. Would I go back I don’t think so unless the front desk is better informed if they are running back every doctor office should let their patients know that would keep down a lot of confusion."

"It was crowded. So, I waited outside for a bit and it did clear out . The technician was very nice and my bone scan went quickly. And by the way, a bone scan doesn’t hurt at all. It’s just a machine going over your body. :)"

"I was there 15 minutes before my appointment and the doors were closed and I was waiting outside with 2 more people with the temperature between 46 to 50 grade. They open the doors late and the girl in the reception desk was chatting with the coworker while you was providing the id’s so I was asking her a question and I have to repeat it because she wasn’t putting any attention to me. Poor professional and when I was leaving I have to wait couple seconds because she was in her cellphone and she didn’t noticed I was there. The technician experience was good."

"I had a great experience with SimonMed Imaging- Ocoee II. I was concerned when I walked in to see a half full waiting room and patients waiting at the counter. However, I had a scheduled appointment and my paperwork completed online and I waited a very short time and saw everyone else going in quickly as well. The office staff was efficient in getting me checked in and payment completed, the employee who walked me back was kind and explained everything, and the MRI tech was friendly and informed me I’d be out in 15-20 minutes. Overall, it was a smooth process for what seems like a busy place. I would definitely return for any other tests needed."
