"They never answer the phone and when they finally do, a woman answered and asked another woman's name. I said "Hello? I'd like to make a follow up appointment..." And then she hangs up on me. I don't know what to do, I desperately need my antidepressants and they won't call me back"

"I used to like it here when they had Dr Adkins. Since then it has gone downhill. The focus is on getting you on and off the phone quickly for virtual apts. They do not want to take the time to actually help in difficult cases and even the office manager was screaming on the phone and utterly disrespectful. Even if she didn't like what I was saying her manner was totally uncalled for. I left the practice and as a former guardian of two patients I would highly recommend you find another practice that actually cares about the well-being of their patients. (That was not evident with Kelly who was outright rude. And the office manager who shocked me with her behavior. If you can't handle distraught patients or families than I definitely wouldn't work at a Pysch office.) The two stars is basically for the other staff who did a good job handling paperwork and making apts."

"I was always being seen by the nurse practitioner. The doctor never saw me, and the nurse practitioner was acting like the doctor and was prescribing medicine to me and other people that made me feel worse than I was. The majority of the staff, from the front desk to the medical workers, are very unprofessional and neglectful. Do not go through this nightmare."

"The nurse practitioner, Kelly, is extremely caring and great to work with. My experience has been great however, I started seeing Kelly already having been on great working medications. Although I went to her as a follow-up to my previous, horrible, psychiatrist she has been nothing but kind and genuinely interested in my well-being. She also recommended Dr. Carrasco as a therapist who is also part of their practice....WOW! I am very grateful and impressed with Dr. Carrasco's expertise and service. I have had nothing but great experiences from this place."
