"I took my son to Dr. Jim for help 3 years ago and he did nothing, absolutely nothing. When I noticed we were going spending an hour and accomplishing nothing, I inquired about his treatment plan with my son. Instead of him being receptive, he was nasty and told me if I didn't trust his plan I didn't have to come back to him and things don't happen overnight. I was a single mom of 3 and my priority was making sure they were okay so I attempted to continue going to him. I emailed him and explained to him that all I'm trying to do is understand his plan for my son because he'd already been through a lot with his dad. He ignored my emails and never responded,not even when I tried to take him back .I felt defeated and as crazy as it sounds, back then I felt like here was another man showing my son he wasn't worth any attention. He just dropped my son as if he never intended to help him .I'm writing this review now because it's still been hard with my son even 3 years later. But with the support and GUIDANCE from a REAL and CARING professional, he's doing better and graduating high school. Kids these days have so many issues that can't be laughed off. I feel like Dr. Jim did just that, laughed my son off and treated him as if he weren't worth his time. I should've never went back in his office.."
