"Therapist was helpful and really nice the 2 times I saw her. The issue is the front office staff. Can’t get anyone to to make another appointment nor anyone to change your information or even ask if they take certain insurance. It takes days if not weeks of no call backs, so you have to keep calling to get thru. I will find somewhere. It’s a shame too.. They used to be efficient years ago and on top of call backs and getting appointments. Sad to say that is not the case anymore. I started here as I couldn’t find anyone else and was tired of bouncing all over. Yet here we go again having to find someplace else. Disappointed with the staff at this facility not to also mention I had paid an extra $20 last year to my account never used it and somehow it has disappeared and gotten lost. Say what?? You got to be kidding me. Don’t put money on your accounts it will go missing or they steal it and say it was never there to begin with. If I could give zero stars I really would."

"I am extremely grateful to have found OCP. Both of my kids have been coming here for about a year now, and I have been met with nothing but polite, kind and understanding people. That includes anyone I’ve talked to on the phone, all of the front desk, the insurance lady and therapists. It makes the process so much less stressful when you don’t feel judged. I look forward to continuing my children’s therapeutic journey here and watching them grow. As far as what other reviews have mentioned - I haven’t had an issue with not receiving a phone call back. Half the time they answer, and the other half - they call back within a few hours. I think when making the initial appointment, it took a few weeks to get in- but that can be expected in any office. The one thing I find frustrating is that you can only make 3 appointments at a time. This can become difficult to schedule when you are doing weekly appointments. I feel like having a consistent day and time is important to provide structure and routine, especially when dealing with children. From my personal experience of going to therapy for 10 plus years now - if you were a reliable client, you could have a set day and time dedicated to you. Granted, this has always been with therapists who do their own scheduling. And this is an office with multiple counselors. Although it will be difficult to bring them in on inconsistent days and times, I will continue to do so seeing as my kids look forward to going and everything else has been great. I do hope in the future you are able to make more than 3 appointments though. None the less, I recommend them to everyone and know multiple people who go here now and are as equally pleased."
