"We took our newborn to Dr. Arguello because we saw good reviews, it took us by surprise how she got to the consultation like in a rush to leave , she didn’t provide any information or advice that for first time parents is so crucial. She just said if we had questions and her answer to all our questions was “it’s a personal choice”, no guidance, nothing. She also wasn’t very loving to our kid, we felt just like “one more patient”. When she left the consultation my husband and I, looked at each other and I started crying, I felt so “alone” a pediatrician is supposed to give you confidence and guidance, we understand a lot of things are “personal choices” but then what are doctors for? If not to guide you and recommend. It was an awful experience and we will never ever take our baby back to her, we are so so disappointed"
