"On February 15 I went to take a drug test, today is the 20th and my employer still has not received the results, I went to the location where they took the sample to ask about my results, I went in to look for someone to talk to, and Miss Keisha asked me What did I need, I told her, it's been 5 days since I came to do this test and there are still no results. I want to know if everything is okay. She responded by raising her voice, almost shouting at me that I have to wait outside and that when someone frees up she was going to help me, I told her ok. When I was leaving I was opening the door slowly so as not to make noise and she came out to confront me, she didn't say anything but her body language said it all, when I told another person and asked her to tell me her name she didn't want it. say! Another lady asked me what happened, I explained everything to her and I also tried to cover her up, finally they gave me her name! I have been going to this location for more than 6 years and I have never been treated in this insolent way."
"Terrible Experience at Quest Diagnostics in Weston, Florida I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in Weston, Florida. I would advise against visiting this location if you have other options available. On my first visit, I had a scheduled appointment, but the self-service kiosk couldn't find my booking, placing me on a waiting list for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. I ended up leaving because there was no staff member available to assist with the check-in process or to address any issues or queries from customers. During my second visit, with an appointment again, I faced the same issue. The machine couldn't locate my appointment even though I had the QR code sent via text message. After much difficulty, I managed to speak to an employee who was calling patients. She advised me to stay in the waiting lint, and wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, despite showing her the email confirming my appointment time and the received QR code. When I was finally called after 1 hour and 30 minutes, the staff member was extremely rude. The blood draw left bruises on both of my arms. The level of service, quality, and staff professionalism were all severely lacking. As a foreigner accustomed to higher standards of healthcare service, I am now in search of a laboratory that values service quality, customer experience, and professional treatment."
"The one star is for the appointment check-in at their walk-up station that was a cinch! This place is always full! It had been some time since I made an appointment here and I didn’t recognize one team member from previous visits. I had my appointment which I made about two weeks before through the app. When I arrived about ten minutes early, there were a lot of walk-ins in addition to the scheduled patients. So, there were no available seats and I had to stand outside. When I was called in, I saw and heard (everyone in the waiting room was appalled!) a Hispanic phlebotomist come to the door to call on the next patient and when an elderly Spanish-speaking couple approached her for help, she was cutting and rude. At one point, she told the gentleman, “Stop yelling at me!” She knows better. He was nervous, hungry and upset that they had been waiting for over an hour and fasting (as so many of us were) but they kept bumping them over and again. He didn’t yell at her, by the way. He was just trying to get an answer about a form he was holding and needed someone to guide him. As far as what happened to me, I am writing corporate, but feel free to look at my photos. The phlebotomist that took me in originally, couldn’t find a vein. She kept moving the needle in and out—all around—and I was in excruciating pain! When I asked if she could try another one and use the butterfly as my doctor requested in my order, she said that it wasn’t their “protocol!” She then called the “trainer” (she identified herself that way) who tried again in another arm and it was unproductive! Long story, short—she was going to have a third phlebotomist have a try at my hands as soon as she returned and “clocked” in by phone in the room we were in. The “trainer” in her frustration, kept tightening the elastic bands more and more till I thought I would pass out! When she failed and I refused yet another one to puncture me, she gave me back my prescription and said: “Sorry and have a great day!” I walked out hurting, with a swollen arm, and not one of them was adapt at drawing my blood. Now I have to make a new appointment at another lab and possibly go through this all over again. I will not only steer clear of this location in Weston, but I dissuade others from going there."
"Quest in general has to be one of the worst labs. I would give it a zero if I could! Appointments are useless be prepared to walk away after waiting 1.5 hrs or simply be ready for a long wait. This particular location- staff is rude and not helpful at all. While waiting I witnessed how some patients were treated and how an elderly woman missed her appointment because her check-in QR code wasn’t working. I can’t believe a place like this still exists… poor us, thinking this low level subpar service is normal."
"2 reasons for 1 star (used to be 5). First: that monitor with your name is totally USELESS. My appointment was 9:15 because I couldn't find earlier even booking 10 days before. I arrived earlier around 8:20. Just a few people there. I did the check in the totem. I saw walk ins that arrived after me being called first. At some point my name was the first in that monitor for more than 20 minutes and they called more than 10 people in front of me and some of them checked as walk in. They finally called me at 9:17. If you spent the time trying to make an appointment and you arrived earlier, they should give you a priority over the next walk in person. It's not fair. Second reason for 1 star is because they bother you with notifications to confirm the appointment, but they don't send you any useful instructions to prepare for your test. Should you fast? How long should you fast? No complaints about the workers, but they should definitely fix this monitor updates with a better system.. That's ridiculous. Not to mention people that are waiting outside and never receive the text. I heard some people complaining about this."
