"I have been to Cleveland Clinic in Weston 4 times in the past year, in different departments. The Global Patient Dptm (dealing with international patients) is really not customer friendly and has improvements to make to raise to the level of the rest of the clinic. Besides this, all different departments I was in contact with had an outstanding quality of service. All 3 different doctors I had appointments with were professional, clear in their diagnostics, taking the time to address my concerns. Same feedback for the nurses, assistants and people at the registration desk (Building A , 4th floor). This facility seems brand new, easy to navigate and with very professional staff. And the cherry on the cake? You get a quote before every visit, so no surprises."

"It's one of the best hospitals (personally my favorite) in the area. The speech therapists, and doctors are all extremely outstanding and friendly. The only downside is finding a parking spot is hard especially with Valet, it costs 7$ with tips is totally a ripoff."

"Run away. They have input the wrong codes in bills multiple times. Take months to send you the incorrect bill and then deny they are wrong."
