"If I could rate this doctor a zero I would. He is a violator of our most basic human rights. Today, will mark history. The blood shed from this little boy is going to be permanently on your hands and the hands of everyone in your offices. It will change the course of history. Sadly this little boy will be the poster child for the case against forced genital mutilation. And your name will go down in history as the "doctor" who wrote a death sentence to his basic human rights. I wish you no ill will, because you obviously have a lot of that floating around. But I will request that you find a way to make it up to society. Because in the end if you are still alive (because lets face it you are old and weak and wont likely be alive in fourteen years) when Chase is of age all of us will fund the lawsuit against you. I do not think it is advised to over look the pleas of your fellow human beings. If you already have that is too bad. But the severity of the wrong you are doing needs to be heard. And since the only tool I have is social media, I will use it to spread the word. You might be taking away his human right to remain whole today, but you will be used as an example of what not to do when we look back on history. "I wish I could give negative stars. How dare any doctor force cosmetic surgery on anyone, especially a child? How can you stand by the oath all doctors must take to HARM NONE and slice away functioning, important genital tissue against a person's wishes? How can you inform your office staff to state "get your facts straight" over the phone when confronted? Which facts? The fact that the foreskin has over 20,000 nerve endings, 300 feet of blood vessels, protects the glans from infection and desensitization, gives natural gliding action, and is equal to nearly 15 square inches of adult penile size? Those fact? Or the fact that females are protected from genital cutting and therefore, constitutionally, so are boys? Or the fact that Chase is COMPLETELY aware of what you're going to do to him and DOESN'T WANT IT. I hope he sues your entire practice. I hope he rakes you over the coals and leaves you financially ruined at the end. If you want to slice up someone's penis, stick with your OWN."

"Does not respect the rights of his patients. Is willing to circumcise a 4 year old child despite the childs wishes and the mothers wishes. Does not value his oath to do no harm. There is no medical need for this child's circumcision, there are documented risks. I would never ever take my intact 4 year old son near this doctor knowing this about him."

"I will deleted this negative one star review if I am informed that Dr. Puranik has decided NOT to go forward with the circumcision of a 4 year old who's mother is not being allowed to be involved in the decision. As of now, he is performing the procedure. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING."

I hope his mother brings suit against Dr. Puranik Subhash, and I hope the child brings suit against him the day he turns 18, should he decide to perform this unnecessary cosmetic surgery on a very aware, very healthy 4-year-old boy.
