"Dr cotler is so nice, however I think whomever does the scheduling needs to do way better. I’ve only been there 2 times for yearly visits and both times I’ve had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. This is unacceptable! Also the staff at the back was very rude when I asked how much longer I had to wait. I mean it’s kids we’re dealing with, shouldn’t have to wait that long!"
