"i have had no problems with Dr. Hull other than it being difficult to find appointments with her. she has been a great doctor. however, i have had serious problems with the staff at the front. they do not care about the patients at all. Oct 9 9:41AM i was late to my appointment (with the nurse practitioner) by 11 minutes and they refused to see me. although there was miscommunication, that’s fine i will take the fault for it. but i had missed school and either way if i had been 11 minutes late or on-time i needed a note showing proof that i had a scheduled doctors appointment that made me miss school. the office “supervisor” was very cold and seemed angry at me and my relative for disputing not being seen by the nurse due to us being late. the reason why she seemed angry was because she refused to even ask the nurse to write me a note because she did not see me. i did not ask for a note showing that i was seem by the nurse, i asked for a note showing proof that i had an appointment which is why i was late to school. i then asked if one of the front office members can write me a note and she said no we cant. i then asked another staff member who was sitting in a chair nearby to write me a note. i just needed a piece of paper showing that i had an existing appointment that day and time. lack of heart.. and that “supervisor” is in the wrong industry"
