"It's impressive how they can avoid answering the phone during their business hours. Dr. Pena-Ariet seems to forget my daughter is on the spectrum with each appointment. We've been seeing him for over a year and he tries to give me the autism talk at every single appointment. Like he just totally forgets the speech/ occupational therapy, early intervention, and developmental neurologist referrals he's given us? I don't get it. He's seen my duaghter at least 20 times and hasn't bothered to get to know her just a little bit. He also doesn't have much patience and can be a little rough. I don't know what's the point of having business hours if they're only going to use an "urgent" answering service. We're getting over charged a lot too- I'm forever disputing it with my insurance."
