"My 87-year-old mother was a patient of Dr.Yalch's for over 10 years. For the past 2 years, she has repeatedly asked him to change her blood pressure medication, as the medication did not control her pressure (it was always in the red) and it made her extremely dizzy. He refused. Instead he increased the dosage, which made her even more dizzy. She had no real quality of life. So I took her to my doctor, who prescribed HCTZ, and now her pressure is normal. Her quality of life is now a 10. On her last visit she asked him what vitamins she should take and he completely ignored her. He's changed, and not for the better. I'm glad I got her out of there."

"I did not receive any attention from Dr. Yalch other than what a RN could perform. He checked my last records and blood tests from August2021. He asked no questions, but did recommend blood testing as an answer to my concern about fatigue. Did wait a reasonable 15 minutes after entering his exam room, understandable if he gets involved with a previous patient. Considering the time he spent with me, he should have been 10 minutes earlier. Am I expected to diagnose my own health concerns or is the doctor expected to question me sufficiently to determine if there is a further need for service? Dr. Yalch is pleasant, but uninformitive."
