"Nurses are great , and doctor at the emergency room was quick to act and assessed the situation on me. Once admitted as I’m settling in my new room in bed comfortably, I get a call from admissions from a pushy , rude woman telling me that my insurance will pay , however I must tell her how I will pay my deductible now !! Seriously !!!?? My answer was don’t worry about this as my main concerns are my health and figuring out if it’s really a stroke or what it is that brought me here ... I found that very inhumane !! The admitting hospitalist never showed up , over 24 hours later He finally showed up with an attitude, and told me you need to ask these questions to the neurologist! And left within 2 minutes. Did not touch me nor examine me at all !! then came the neurologist who was reasonable and gave me follow up instructions and ok care .. nurses , all fabulous!! Better attitude then doctors .. go figure. .. they do a good job keeping the place clean .. don’t ask about food please , I will not comment ... will also not Pist pictures as it was a bad hair day ..."

"Horrible ! If you want to live DO NOT go here . Literally left my husband to almost die. Went to north west and ended up doing an emergency surgery ! Meanwhile Coral Springs sent us home two time after my husband was already throwing up for 12 days !!!!!!! Horrible so disgusted with the way the treated my husband . Pretty much said here is pain meds you can be discharged !!!!!!!! As soon as we went to north west he was operated on . I’ve reached out to Coral Springs medical center they wrote back saying in 6 weeks we’ll here back on the 6 th week we received a letter saying well here from them in a couple of weeks . DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Horrible horrible horrible they’ll just give you pain medicine and discharge you ! I’m so disappointed. I will never take my family here again and I will make sure I let everyone know how horrible they treated us so no one can experience what I did"
