"Had to reschedule appointments for my children twice. First time, I had a back injury and couldn't drive. Second time I had to turn around halfway to the appointment because I had severe abdominal issues and was not able to even call in until the next day or a couple days later. The lady I talked to lied and said I would receive a call to reschedule. No one called. When I called in today, Monica insisted I never called and was a no show so they would not see my children. I have proof in my call log where I DID indeed call. Not professional at all."
