"I do not recommend this place at all, for me starting with the staff that does not know how to guide parents correctly, today they tell you one thing and tomorrow another to schedule the appointment, they are not able to attend to the children because they simply do not have a history of your country of origin, that is being inhuman and insensitive. I think they should be more sensitive, starting with an unpleasant lady called NOELIA, and understand that they are children who need to be cared for. Sometimes we cannot achieve what we want because we encounter these types of incapable people. I recommend looking for other better places to care for your children.
