"I have been a patient of Dr. Knox for a few years now. In the beginning he was fantastic. He was responsive, knowledgeable and has a nice sense of humor and bedside manner. I'm not sure of what happened but over the last 2 years things seemed to have changed. One of the things I LOVED about him being my provider, is being able to communicate with him via email. Now when messages are sent he completely ignores so we get no response at all. This change makes me feel as though he's starting to not care about his patients as much and that it may be time for me to find another provider. Things are pointing in that direction but I hope it doesn't come to that."

"Dr. Knox is a very good doctor for me. I have multiple issues and he is so caring and attentive and I could not ask for more in a doctor. I picked him off of my insurance provider list, and later found out he is also a pediatriac doctor. I think that is probably why it is so hard to get an appointment with him. Babies are in the doctor daily, so he's busy I guess. When I call for an appointment, it is like 3 months out to get time with him, and that is the downside. But I like him so much that I stay with him. You can also request an appointment with the intern/student doctor or whatever they call them, and you can get in quicker, and Dr. Knox always comes in right after them. It's good."
