"First time I’ve been scammed by a doctor and his office staff. I made it very clear before starting the appointment that I wanted no unnecessary tests/procedures. I asked for the cost of everything he suggested and I consented to one procedure that cost around $260 plus the approx $100 due before the appt. That’s the only $360 that I agreed to pay this visit. Without my consent he sent specimens to a lab that was not approved by my insurance. I get a bill from Quest for $376… Call Dr Baslers office and spoke with his staff: they said “sorry for the miscommunication and inconvenience. please disregard that bill from quest. It’s been taken care of.” fast forward to now and they sent me to collections for that bill and can’t even respond to an email or phone call. Their phone number doesn’t even ring anymore… What kind of practice closes up shop right after selling their patients out??"
"Went to see Dr Basler this week for the 1st time. He was great, explained as he was checking my throat,nose & explaining as he was doing this. I felt comfortable. Gave me meds to hopefully fix me. Very nice & the office personnel were great. Checked me in quickly & was very friendly. Will definitely go to him again if needed. Parking is very compact."

He got my hearing back to normal, treated my son for his hearing issue, and got my allergies in check. I am extremely grateful for his suggestion to correct my septum. For years I have not been able to breathe through my nose. He preformed a flawless procedure that changed my life. His SEPTO EL CORRECTO skills are amazing. I can breathe!!!!!!! So happy.
