".Bahareh Jafarnia is the worst. She did work on on my son . After he received treatment from her he began to complain of sensitivity. Initially after sharing this concern with her assistant she had her assistant tell me that it's something that he will have to get use to. Then she said she could file the bite down and it may help. Sometimes the bite is donne wrong but there is no way to tell until after the work is done. That is what was told to me by the assistant. She corrected the bite. Fast forward to the next week she was supposed to complete work on my other son because she referred him out to receive a root canal and she scheduled him back so that she could place the crown on his tooth. After arriving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time and awaiting 45 minutes after his appointment time. She called my son back only to refuse him service solely based on the fact that I advocated for my son Jordan. She neglected to treat my son not taking in consideration that I had taken time off from work and that my son now has an exposed tooth awaiting a crown. I attempted to schedule my son at a different location only to find out that they put a not on my family's account stating not to schedule my family. I have 6 kids that attended this office 3 of which whom now has incomplete work due to Dr.Bahareh Jafarnia own selfish reasons. I requested all of my kid's dental records and was told I would receive them within 24 hours, it has more been 6 days and I have yet to receive anything. I would like to go to the board, press and social media if we can't get this resolved in a reasonable manner. My kid's dental health shouldn't be put at risk due to one's dentist personal opinion, especially since she herself has never spoken with me nor seen my face personally. She's doesn't even have the decency to speak with the parents of patients. I am just a concerned mother advocating for kids just as any mother would. She used my son as a casualty in her own sick games as Great Expressions Dental Centers."
