"terrible customer service, i call to make an appointment and the person in the line said that have to be in the paciet portal, the acient porta ask for a pin provided in the office and the office recepcionist said that the pin have to be in the pacient portal... a catch 22 situation"

"I must say, for the first time going to this place , I had the WORST experience ever. So, i go to the front desk window, and signed my baby’s name on the clip board, and appointment time (9:45) waited 35 minutes so they can call someone else that just walked in! Will not recommend!!!"

"I took my grand kids in there today and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The Doctor literally walked in the door laid across my 4 year old grandson legs and gave him all the shots. Then put the stethoscope to his chest not long enough to even hear one heartbeat. My granddaughter was seen too all he did was put the stethoscope to her not even long enough to hear one heartbeat. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t go there because he won’t give you the proper care. Notice all of the good reviews are from Spanish speaking people!!!!!!"
