"I would not entrust my 3 sons to anyone else! As an RN, I know what to look for in a practitioner. She has an excellent bedside manner and is very perceptive about the needs of my now teenage children. My middle child has complex medical problems, and Dr Cross knew when to think "outside the box." I have no doubt that without her, his medical prognosis would be much more dire than it is now. She is very much loved and respected by my family."

"We love Dr. Cross! We also are able to get in fast for sick visit and all the other Drs are very nice as well. Not just they are competent and knowledgeable but they take their time to explain everything! It's unusual a physician's appointment to take that long for Dr Cross really cares and goes through all topics in details. Staff is friendly and kind with the kids. Office is not one with bells and whistles but I really don't care as it's not my priority. They have toys and big waiting room, but they are so fast to get you in that my kids never even got to play with it. I highly recommend Dr. Cross and this group!"

"My 13 yr old son has been going to Dr.Patranella since he was a very small infant. Not only is she knowledgeable, kind and intelligent she makes you feel very comfortable and is readily available for questions. She is very down to earth and its very obvious that she loves her job and the children she works with. My son also completely trusts her. I was one of those Mothers who took 5 different baby classes; infant CPR, Lamaze, etc. My childs well being is and was very important to me. So finding the right pediatrician was also very important. I literally called nurses all over the county, and without providing my name, asked who they use or would use for their own children, and her name came up over and over......which also says a lot. The office is also always clean, and I like that they have their lobby split into a sick and a well room, so my son didn't catch everything when he was there to just get routine shots and physicals. Unfortunately we moved a way for a few years and used another pediatrician, which made me REALLY appreciate the wonderful care Dr. Patranella and her office gave my son. When we moved back the first thing I did was see if she was accepting new patients and happily she was! Thanks again Dr. Patranella for a job well done!"
