"I have been going to Dr Chen for years and I think she's absolutely wonderful and the staff is too they listen to what you need Dr Chen sets with you and she explains everything with you and we have a good laugh sometimes but as I'm writing this letter I get a phone call from them saying what I need is ready and Dr Chen's going to call me so yeah I love their office and I love the staff they're wonderful to me and my son I want to thank them very much"

"The nurse practitioner who works under dr chen is awful. how dare you treat patients this way. you should be ashamed. i am disgusted. if you cant listen to your pts and validate their experiences or symptoms just quit now please. dr chen you should evaluate this NPs pt care bc this is so far from best practice as she is making you and your practice look horrible. Your NP is borderline abusive to pts I am sick to say the way you treated my sister is simply no way to treat people."
