"When I googled Dr Patel and saw only 3 stars....I got upset!!! My experience suggests the complaints are a reflection of the patient rather than that of Dr Patel. It took me 10 yrs to find an internist who checks all the boxes. Dr Patel is a blessing for Florida. His care, his follow up, his effort to make sure you go to specialists. His bedside manner is fabulous and it reflects in his staff as well. Saving the best for last....he's accessible!!! I've been through the ringer in south Florida with internists and Dr Patel should be the boil plate for the medical profession. It would certainly raise the level of care and respect for the medical profession in this state."

"Dr Patel has literally saved my life. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and my insurance would not let me see who he thought was the best person to take care of the job and he said let me work on it within a few days he had me in the office many times I woke up in the hospital and he’s been right there by my bedside, I feel like when I’m in to see him I’m the only patient and yes it takes me a while when I go there but when I leave everything is taken care of all the other appointments are made with even other doctors I would not want to switch this doctor at all from my list he is the best primary care physician I’ve ever been to !!!"

"I have been bringing my father to Dr Patel for a few years now. Overall, he's a good doctor and we're satisfied with his feedback, recommendations and the level of care. The only minus is the long wait, almost an hour in the waiting room every visit but this has been my experience with most PCPs in the area. The office personnel are friendly and accommodating. However, make sure the nurse reports the vitals and any major weight changes to the doctor, he doesn't always receive it timely."
