"I made an appointment to see a doctor which was a referral from another Doctor at Atlantis. I went to the appointment, a person was sleeping behind the desk. A receptionist helped me out quickly. I was called in and a PA said there was nothing he could do and that I needed to see the doctor but he was not there (my paperwork clearly stated I made an appointment with him). The "sleeper" was up and made an excuse that I had not been to their office before (I have been a patient at Atlantis for 5 years). In the Marine Corps they always said "it is easy to make excuses, but tough to take accountability for a problem and fix it.""

"I had an appointment at 9:15am did not see the doctor until after noon. Got no information from the staff until I said I needed to leave they just left me sitting in a room for 3 hours. Dr. Coleman was great but the office staff messed up my MRI prescription 5 times. I had to go back to the office 3 separate times to get it corrected. I have still not received a call back with my MRI results 3 weeks later. You can't call the office you get a call center with rude and useless people and wait on hold for at least 15 minutes and half the time they pick up and hang up causing you to have to call back and wait some more. The online portal does not let you communicate although while waiting on hold for the call center they suggest you communicate there. I was able to send my MRI results to a doctor in CT and got immediate response but as I live here I can't get anything done unless I take a flight to CT unless I am able to get a response from the doctor here. I have never been treated with such disregard nor had to deal with such vagrant incompetence in my life when dealing with a "professional" doctors office. I have fractures in my foot and torn ligaments and the fact that this office is so unresponsive even after my repeated phone calls is crazy."
