"Rude staff. Referral department does not work or return requests. Doctor assigned to myself left the practice and I was not informed by letter, mail, phone call or any other way. I was aware just when I call in need of a referral to see my oncologist, and of course I was not able to get a referral. Complete lack of management or decency with patients lives and health."

"I have been a patient here since 2008. 3 generations of my family have been coming here. Since Dr. Chinea and Kimberly Gunn are gone, so is my entire family! We will not be returning. No one answers, my mothers appointments have been rescheduled 3 times in a row so far. The quality of care is aweful!! So happy to have found out where Kimberly Gunn and Dr. Chinea have gone. Making my appointment with them now.. I don't know why Dr. Prettelt ever left. Kimberly Gunn and Dr. Chinea were great substitutes. But now, they may as well just close the entire office!!"

"This medical practice is a mess. I am a teacher and I am diabetic. I was offered the opportunity to teach remotely if I provided a statement of my illness from my doctor. However, since Dr. Aleman left after my last appointment with him in July, this irresponsible practice is refusing to give me the statement, even though they have access to my last blood test results. So now, I will lose this opportunity to teach remotely and risk my life in the classroom. This place is the worst!"

"I called to schedule a physical as a new patient and was told I need to have blood work done first. No problem. I came for the blood work appointment and was informed that I was scheduled incorrectly. I needed a new appointment with a doctor to get established then a blood work appointment then another appointment for a physical. Basically they want to be paid for an additional appointment even though nothing is wrong with me. The receptionist didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of the wasted trip and made it clear that she could care less when I opted not to return."

"Hey, I’m just letting you guys know that you’re very awesome, I’m a young mother of 2 with a HMO PLAN, I’m a patient of Kim who is a phenomenal person she cares like I’m her sister who wants the best for me, she send me to the best specialists, and always sending my prescription on time, yes I sometimes have to wait for referrals but the office always made sure they send them on time for any appointment I have. The office is awesome, never had any problems but I have to admit my HMO PLAN sucks but Kim make sure I’m taking care of, I’ve never had to call twice for anything I’ve called about this office is one of the best for most offices I’ve ever been to very professional and I love how big it is. Prettelt center for family health is the way to go."
