HCA Florida Advanced Women's OBGYN - Loxahatchee

"Currently with my mom at this location and man oh man the experience is one I’ll never forget. This place has been nothing but a disaster. We arrived 15 mins prior to her 2pm appointment, we finished all of her paperwork within 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later, we are told that my mom’s insurance is not active. Very odd since her insurance was verified and used that morning for her eye doctor appointment. I proceed to call 2 agents, having 2 agents on the phone to explain the the HCAs representatives at the front desk that my moms insurance is indeed active and they finally agreed for her to be checked in to see the doc. Mind you I called this place prior to coming to her appointment to have everything on file (insurance and ID) and was told her insurance was active. We started seeing people who came 20-40 minutes after us being seen first and when I approached the front desk about it, I was told because of the hiccup with them verifying the insurance my mom would need to wait further. It is now 3:15 as I am writing this, officially an hour and a half since stepping foot inside the office and we are still in the waiting area. We were told to reschedule when I asked for a time estimate. No sense of urgency at this location, no accommodation, no accountability, definitely going to try my best to make sure my mom finds a more professional establishment. If you look at my review history, I rarely leave comments but this has been a terrible visit. Hopefully they are able to improve their performance for other patients. Pay attention of how their automated system responds to this comment just like the rest, no care at all just empty phrases."

"Actually to be able to make an appointment I have had to call approximately 5 times, I am 7 weeks pregnant, just starting, I have not seen a doctor yet, I only had a pregnancy confirmation appointment and that's it, it turns out that they have told me that they are going to give my record to the Doctor to see if he can take me as a patient, I had never seen that, that a doctor had to see a record to accept you, I don't understand why you need to see the doctor, the truth is that it is terrible to find a doctor today without so much problem and stress."

"I have had the WORST experience I have EVER HAD with a doctors office here. I have been given the run around, scheduled appointments that I was told later never existed, spoken to rude staff, been told I would be called back and wasn't, etc. I will never see anyone at this office again."

"Dr. Pliskow is NOT ALLOWED TO RETIRE!!! He delivered my first baby on May 29th, 2023 & still needs to deliver my future babies! Lol :D He is by far the best OBGYN out there! He is so caring, funny, & honest! My mother recommended me Dr Pliskow when she found out I was pregnant. Dr Pliskow is her gynecologist and she had her hysterectomy done by him as well as other procedures. She loves Dr Pliskow! I’m so happy I listened to her!"
