"She was amazing at explaining everything to my daughter. She spent her time with us. My daughter was nervous about the blood draw. Nelly the nurse went out of her way to make her comfortable. She took her time & gave her Gatorade & a snack. She even covered up her cart that showed how many tubes of blood she was drawing so my daughter didn’t get nervous. The doctor & nurse were amazing! I wish all care providers were like them. The office manager was great too & checked in on us. Great place."
