"I don't usually complain and I want to preface my complaint by saying the girl who took care of me was great. However, I checked in 15 min before my appt. One hour and 15 min later I went back to the desk and they didn't even know I was there. I understand there was a new person at the desk but I had to ask HER if there was any new patient paperwork to fill out. This visit was AFTER I was canceled twice! I came in for a shot for osteoporosis and apparently my primary didn't send over the Perscription. Then the girl told me I needed a recent dental visit. Why wouldn't I have been told this before?
