"They are not professionals, they don’t really care for there patients The Doctors didn’t give eye contact with the patient they always look like they in a hurry to leave the room less then a minute before you ask something they leave. And The person that answers the phone looks like they have too much work too many patients that they don’t know what they doing , and nurses when you leave messages in the machine they never call you back I Left a message in the answer machine that the medicine they give ,gives me allergies and also told the Secretary that nobody called me I asked her to tell the doctor. said They were going to let the doctor know but nothing happened so I keep calling I really need my Iron infusion it was very low I talked to them on the phone and I asked them if I could receive a different iron infusion they didn’t even know what my iron infusion first was in her new idea which one they put on me, they call me trying to put the same Iron . there not taking messages properly They called me three times trying to put the same Iron when I told them it gave me allergies they don’t know what there doing they really need to give more attention to their patients and be more alert I am very disappointed of this clinic obviously I’m not coming here anymore"
