"Watch what you sign, before i ever saw anyone they wanted me to sign a legal and binding contract to supply all my medicines, rental of any medical equipment and such, i refused to sign the legal and binding contract and was refused services, now exploring with news stations, medicare, and fbi for fraud i think they are doing, sign a legal and binding contract before you see anyone,that stupid, these people are only interested in making as much money as they can and care nothing about you they only see you as a $$$$$"

"After 5 yrs as a patient of CSNF on Booth Road, I have finally parted ways, and now with an excellent provider. I should have stopped years ago. I do not recommend."

"My doctor and staff members has been great. My first visit was to seen so that I could get the injection I needed to do prior having surgery. The prescription was filled at no cost to me. I really appreciated it. Then on my second visit here and I was considering using another medication instead of warfarin, and my insurance didn't cover most of the cost, so the were going to check on other funding for me and give me a call no one called me. I know that the staff can be overwhelmed at times. So I do take that into consideration. They are caring team members and I'm glad to be a patient here. My good experiences out weigh my one bad experience so I'm happy with my overall experience here at Cancer Specialist of North Florida."

"Whoever the front desk person was on May 6th, 2022. I hope you read this review. If you are having a bad day, or not feeling like working, call out. Do not give attitude to a room full of people with Cancer that are just finding out they will not be able to have children. I sincerely hope you rethink your approach to customer service or quit."

"Had a horrible experience. As a stay at Home mom i was told once I arrived my 11 month old was not allowed to attend my appointment. So my hubby had to take off work and drive 20 minutes to come get my son. I have done chemo and infusion treatments before all in which my daughter would come with me , if I didn’t have a sitter. (That Doctor won the most compassionate Doctor in the state award.). This place no so, I was harassed about wearing a mask by a nurse. After a nurse gave me a mask and force me to put it on, the Doctor came me how i was doing . While sitting in a room by myself. I was Never closer than 3 ft to any one and every else had on a mask. Some incorrectly but at least they had them lol . After I informed him that i was upset about being harassed , and I didn’t come there for that . He went on to scold me about wearing a mask when in fact his mask wasn’t even on correctly . When I mention That to him , he stated he did like they way I was talking to him. However he was the one who ask me how I feeling and when I was honest it seemed to bother him. He refused to see me. I ask Him to write a letter to my doctor on why he will not see me & he said no . Unfortunately this is proof that only certain lives matter ."
