"I was diagnosed with hypertension and early preclampcia, I was given a number to call after hours if I had any questions. I called and Larry answered the phone, he was immediately rude from the moment he answered and when I asked him to speak to someone else or his supervisor his response was “I’m not going to argue with you” .. not only did he refuse to transfer me to someone, he told me that since I didn’t recently have surgery, after hour answering service won’t help me and if I’m that worried go to the hospital. I’ve tried calling back 3 times in hopes someone else would answer and actually hear my concerns and answer my questions but no one answers so I’m assuming he is the only one answering calls right now. I’ve never dealt with such terrible, rude non professional customer service especially from someone who is dealing with people who are calling with medical questions or concerns! I’m so upset that If I wasn’t so far in my pregnancy and high risk I would leave this entire practice."

"I went to Dr. Furman for a 2nd opinion and WOW what a difference in the talk she took to explain in great detail what I needed done and why and what the steps where after having this procedure done. I highly recommend Dr. Furman and wish I would have gone to her years ago. She's and A++ 1000%"

"Stay Away. Dr, Furman misdiagnosed my wife and as a result her last 3 years have been a living hell going through breast cancer, chemotherapy and reconstruction surgery. I am not blaming her for my wife's cancer but when she shunned off a lump in the breast as normal on two occasions without any care or concern i am blaming her for that. Had she cared about her patient she would of have a biopsy done and realized that it was cancer. Thanks for nothing Dr. Furman."

"Had an appointment this afternoon at 11:00 am showed up 35 min early. Just to be called back at 11:30ish. Dr. Lesley Fruman didn't come into the room until 11:56!!!!! We were walking out of the office at 12:03. We were not even in there talking to her for 10 min but had to wait around for 1 hr and 30 min. We were there for my C-section consult and we couldn't even schedule the date!!!!!! It felt more like a appointment with my midwives than an appointment with a Dr. She didn't even apologize for the wait!!!!!"
