"Extremely disappointed! I’ve been patient of Dr. Maguire for eight years. I was having some stomach issues, so I went to my Gastroenterologist. After the visit, he suggested I have an ultrasound done by my gynecologist. I had recently had a hysterectomy by Dr. Maguire. I called Dr. Maguire‘s office to schedule an ultrasound, the front office scheduled my appointment. My husband and I went to see Dr. Maguire for my ultrasound. When I walked in, the front desk said we don’t do ultrasounds on this day. I told them that I specifically told them exactly what I was coming in for and why. So I didn’t understand why they booked my ultrasound appointment on the day they did not do ultrasounds. The lady was extremely rude. I’m not going to get into all the eye rolling and attitude she gave me. She told me that I should have spoke with the nurse. I told her I did not realize I needed to speak with the nurse to book an appointment for an ultrasound. As I had already told them exactly what my symptoms were and that my Gastroenterologist told me to make the appointment with Dr. Maguire. I told them I was going to leave and make an appointment on the day that they did ultrasounds. Two days later, I received a letter in the mail, a certified letter!! saying that I was no longer a patient of Dr. Maguire. I was absolutely dumbfounded. She has been my doctor for eight years. Eventually, I got the help I needed through another doctor. Come to find out, After my hysterectomy, I have a prolapsed bladder, cervix, and colon.. I’m absolutely disgusted with Dr. Maguire (staff included) and her turning her back on me. Makes me sick to my stomach. Would I recommend her? Absolutely not. I just don’t understand why she would not help me after I had complications from the surgery she performed. I’m just extremely sad once you find trust in a doctor and that doctor performs a surgery on you and you need a follow up surgery and she leaves me in the dust. I really wish she would reach out to me in just explain."

"I trust Dr. Maguire more than any doctor I've ever had. She's caring, incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. At my very first appointment she explained polycystic ovarian syndrome to me more thoroughly and clearly than any other gynecologist ever had before. And a few years ago she performed a surgery on me that improved my marriage. I've been seeing her for about 10 years now, and she is the very best, I'm sure of it."

"I don't have a problem with Dr Maguire herself I thought she was both pleasant and efficient but her front desk staff are confrontational and rude. I felt undermined and insulted. Customer service and genuine care towards their patients is not present in this office. It's comforting to have now read these reviews and know I am not the only one left with an negative impression."

"I have yet been in the office, but so far I feel as though the staff does not want me to come in. On several occasions, Amada and Michelle did cancel and tried to cancel my appointments. My gyn is no longer practicing and I need a procedure. I have stated this numerous times and they seems to not understand why I want to schedule an appointment. I will be bringing in my records to the appointment because my last gyn's office cannot fax my records due to them being permanently closed. However, I was told multiple times if my records were not sent to them that my appointment would be rescheduled. I told them multiple times I would be bringing in my own records. A reminder voice message was left on my voice mail that stated they will need to reschedule me if I do not have my records sent to them...… okay cool, what time is my appointment. I called them up and stated this again and they kept my appointment. Little do they know, I work in the healthcare field. One, this is not how you treat patients. Two, you do not need prior medical records to establish yourself with a new doctor!!!! Hopefully the doctor is nice.... stay tuned."
