The staff handles it very well and is very professional. I've been going here since I found out I was pregnant and have never had an issue."

"The service was absolutely terrible. When I made my appointment, the receptionist got the location wrong. When I called to correct her mistake (after showing up to the location the appointment was supposed to be at), I was kept on hold for a total of thirty minutes and was then told that I would have to pay an additional $30 fee because of the "missed appointment", (even though their office made a mistake). Both of the receptionists I spoke to were extremely rude. I do not recommend this service for anyone. There are various OBGYN offices that have remarkably better services than the Heart of Florida OBGYN."
