"Ultrasound technician Nicole is extremely heartless, inconsiderate, and lacks empathy. When my husband asked about our babies femur bone due to a concern from our last ultrasound she became very defensive and said she's been doing this for 20 years. She comes across as a miserable person and I feel bad for her. I know it wasn't just a bad day bc this is the 2nd time meeting her and her behavior and demeanor was consistent. She told us there's definitely something wrong with our baby but when we talked to the Dr. it was a different story. As expecting parents I'm sure you can image what was going through our hearts and minds at this time. Not sure how many other parents she's got worrying or why she even works there when she clearly doesn't care. Yes, we need information but delivery and attitude is key. I would absolutely not visit this office! Enjoy your pregnancy and don't let Nicole steal this special time from you. Unneeded stress and worry isn't healthy for anyone. We will pray for her. *Update- Had our beautiful baby girl! She's 10 months now. Born perfectly healthy and happy. We are very grateful for her and all the prayers we received."
