"My experience at OB generation was absolutely awful!!!!!!. I was recommended to Ob generation by current Gyn who does not take obstetric. I had my first appointment on June 5th which I received some devastating news. They were unable to find my gestational sac at the number of weeks I was supposed to be pregnant. I was sent for a serum quantitative HCG level which I went to obtain the following day. Please keep in mind that these result are resulted in 24 hours per quest diagnostics statement. This journey of mines has been complicated and emotional. This was my first pregnancy and I did not know what to expect. I was so elated to know that I was pregnant then my emotions quickly turned to fear, anxiety and worries in a blink of an eye because there was a possibility that I wasn't pregnant. Just a brief background, I had a positive urine test then a couple negative urine pregnancy tests afterwards prior to my first appointment so I called OB generation to voice my concerns which they ordered for me to have a qualitative hcg level. They called me the next day with the result to inform me it was positive...I felt great & reassured. I was told to keep my appt as scheduled on June 5th. But, after my appointment on the 5th and receiving the news that I may not be pregnant. I was sent to obtained more bloodwork ( quantitative hcg tests). My test was completed on a Thursday the 6th so I figured I'll get my results by Friday the next following day but I didn't hear from the clinic. Which is fine because i was sure that I will receive call on Monday. But because my anxiety was at its max I decided to called quest on Friday who email me my results. I wasn't pregnant....devastated and heartbroken. There's wasn't a need to call my doctor because I knew my results already and now it was time to process what I just experienced so I can heal. However, Here it is June 18th at 9:45am I received a call from Ob generation letting me know that they just received my results and that they were negative. Of course I was upset because I knew she was lying for one and she made me regressed to the emotions I felt 2 weeks which clearly I wasn't over my lost. 2 WEEKS HAS PASSED!!! This clinic has no sense of empathy nor sympathy for their patients. The Nurse Practitioner who interviewed me didn't even asked me enough pertinent positive and negative questions to my situation. I know of this because I'm also in the medical profession. I received a copy of my history &physical and she made her own assumptions to filled in the sections on the form that she did not think to ask. Yes, the clinic was clean but when it comes to compassion it's definitely lacking. I wouldn't recommend OB generation to my worst enemy."
