"This is by far one of the best doctors office i have ever been too. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. VonThron is AMAZING. He talks to you and makes sure YOU understand what is going on or the steps that need to be taken. He calls you to follow up with you regarding test results or with anything you have had done. Im guessing the bad reviews ive read from different sites are from people who didnt get the answers they wanted maybe? Ive been to this office a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences."

"I’ve been with the practice since 2007. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Newton delivered 3 out of my 5 children. Due to a change in my insurance, my youngest was delivered with a different practice and what a terrible experience that was! I’m now getting ready to have my 5th child and Dr. Wilkerson has been our doctor. He is fantastic and thorough not to mention kind with excellent bed side manners. I highly recommend Insignia care for woman wether you’re expecting or not. Either way you can rest assure that you’ll receive great care from the front desk staff all the way up to the doctors."

"I called about transferring to this doctor being 21 weeks pregnant since I moved to Tampa. It took me a week to actually speak to someone on the phone. After finally speaking to someone, it took them 2 weeks to let me know if they would accept me as a transfer patient and another 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. When I called they told me I had to pay $1300 before I could see a doctor. One of the office associates recommend that I switch insurance that would cover all the fees while I am pregnant. That took another two weeks and now they're telling me they can't accept me as a patient anymore since I'm too far along now. Completely rude on the phone, unprofessional and a waste of time!"

"So unprofessional... If you are a transfer patient, they ask that you give them your records and they will "review" them and "let you know" if they will accept you as a patient. This process would make more sense if they actually called you back with either a yes or no answer. It has been about a month now from the time I brought my records in for "review." Even if the answer is no, and you can not accept a patient for whatever reason, CALL THEM and return their records to them. I've called twice a week for about a month and all they could do was give me the run around, telling me the office manager would call me back, which of course never happened, prompting this review. If you're considering this office, do yourself a favor and go to an office who will actually treat you like a human being."
