"This is the WROST place for a Fertility Treatment! This process is to difficult for multiple things and in this place you have to add that They never answered the phone just a machine is available for you inclusive in emergencies. They charged the procedures many weeks or months in advance and you have to be careful because They charged twice sometimes and make you wait for months to be refunded, and that's after you call and explain the situation multiple times... The doctor is never on time for your appointment, you always have to wait for him and when He finally arrives He is always rushed... He doesn't like if you ask questions, He never remember my languages preferences or medical history, so I have to remember and repeat things about my case in each appointment."
