"Do NOT come here. A few staff members are very friendly however it’s one of the filthiest health care offices I’ve ever set foot in. When I stepped on the scale, I could see hair and dust/dirt all over it and you could tell it has been there for a while & areas of certain rooms such as the bathroom etc you can tell hasn’t been properly cleaned for a while. It needs to be reported. The woman who conducted my pap wasn’t very friendly either. I went in for a suspected Ectopic Pregnancy and they could not concluded anything with my ultrasound, referred me to another radiologist and it’s been since last week & they still do not have my blood work/ results back. Thank God I went with my gut feeling and went to Morton Plant which I highly recommend because it was in fact an Ectopic and they had to treat me immediately to prevent my tube from rupturing. If I would’ve relied on this place then I probably would’ve already ruptured. This place reported that blood work takes a while unless it’s an important health condition which this is absolutely. It’s also in a sketchy looking plaza and just down right a bad experience. Please don’t go. I promise safe yourself the trouble."

"Awful place. They don't care. I'm not even pregnant just needed a GYN. Never on time. All they do is try to scam you for money with extra unnecessary tests. This final time they completely forgot to book my follow up. Scheduled it at 8:30 AM so there would be no wait. I wasn't seen for over an hour. Finally taken back and they fail to realize my medical results weren't sent over. I was sent back to the waiting room, and continue to wait. Another hour later and I'm taken back again. it's 12:05 and I'm finally out of here. Can definitely say this was my LAST visit. Completely unprofessional. Just read the horror stories in the other reviews. Wish I could get all my co pays and time wasted back-.- I feel so bad for all the expecting mothers in here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"

"I was very concerned about bringing my daughter here after reading all the reviews however we had a great experience. The front desk desk staff were pleasant and Valerie was very helpful with all our questions. The nurses were funny and made you feel comfortable. Michelle Nash was excellent!! Very caring and nurturing We did wait a while for our appointment but that’s to be expected at any doctors office. We will be back for follow up appointments. Thank you!"

"I was really nervous about coming here based on all of the reviews but it was recommended to me by a co-worker because they accept Medicaid. I waited for no more than 15 minutes to see someone, the woman in the front was lovely, the nursing staff was pretty nice. I liked the doctor Debbie Spencer. I was nervous about her especially after the reviews but I found her to be pleasant and just a no nonsense kind of chick! Will be using this office for the duration of my pregnancy and I recommend giving it a chance."
