"This clinic/doctor is committing insurance fraud - and the hospital supports them. Dr Pinet was not available for my scheduled ultrasound, and I was not made aware that he was not on the premises until after my ultrasound was completed. I was told he would “call me” with my results. You would think this would be a curtsy call since he was not in the office the day before when he should have been. NOPE. I was billed more than $500 for a tele-health visit. I contested the bill with Advent stating that I should have had my results the day of the ultrasound, and they denied me and stated I’m responsible for the bill. $500 for a 5 minute phone call that said “the results of your ultrasound look good and are normal” is absolute insanity. They may be doing this to other people on purpose to make more money - I highly recommend you go elsewhere. This is being reported to the state insurance fraud department. And even if they decide it’s not fraudulent it is 100% unethical."

"I would never come back I recommend you go to Shands Hospsense... my appointment was today at 10:30 but due to the fact that lazy doctor didn't want to be at work all day so they rescheduled me to 7:30 this morning long story short I drove a whole hour away and got up super early and not only that I had to call my children to Nanny to watch them while I attend this appointment as soon as I walked through the door the lady up front looked at me and didn't say anything to me they had me standing there for a good 5 minutes then they finally asked me my name then the lady act like she had to get a manager or something just to tell me that they canceled my appointment for no reason just because I didn't have the time to sit on the phone all day on hold or waiting for someone to call me back just to verify that I was coming that is unnecessary and that is super crazy you cancel my appointment because I didn't verify super crazy and there's other incidents with this staff that doesn't make no sense the only reason that I chose them was because when I'm high risk and I wanted to have my baby at Advent health due to my family members."

"My daughter had a great experience with her ultra sound. We felt very welcome. Diana did our ultra sound and was very educational. The best ultra sound I've experienced."
