"Billing Department is the most incompetent department I have ever dealt with! Hope Dr Miller leaves this practice, as the billing issues shades as her bright and wonderful doctor! Her staff is also incredibly carrying but Billing Department is the most terrible and incompetent. They double bill me and I have to waste my time on calling them after my EVERY appointment Unreal!"

"The pa(?) that I saw 1st was great. She was personable & very thorough in taking my history, meds, etc. She listened & made me feel comfortable. But I had the opposite experience when the Dr came in. I swear it wasn't even a 10 min.exam. This seems to be a common complaint to be rushed. It was a very rote implementation of an exam. She didn't explain what she was doin & though I was explaining why I had so many scars from previous groin resection surgeries, she gave no acknowledgement @ all. I thought that was weird, zero reaction when I shared abt.a rare disease I have? Not bein interested in any dialogue makes me uncomfortable & feel disregarded. In addition I have another health situation currently giving me problems & was worried it might be affecting me gynocologically. I began to explain but she didn't respond to what I said or react when I shared how concerned I was. She just repeated herself. There was no emoting or personal connection w/me. It felt like an assembly line drive-by exam. Explaining what's happening & what you're doing should be standard. When I tried asking a few questions after I felt a lil blown off & dismissed. She was pleasant enough & did nothing overtly offensive. I'm sure she doesn't even realize the impression she's making by zipping thru exams & not connecting w/the patient. But zero effort to engage on a personal level, esp.w/ a 1st time new patient & appearing to try & rush thru left me w/a disappointing impression. I don't need a lot of hand holding, but being new, & having an added issue I was scared abt.should have elicited some bedside manners to make me feel like she was invested in getting to know me, not just get thru w/my exam. It felt like I was a box to be checked off instead of a new patient."

"Please please read and trust the previous comments. The doctors at this clinic will order unnecessary labs that you will end up paying out of pocket for since your insurance won't pay. I called and requested to speak to the office manager (Melissa) to reason with her. I left her three voicemails, but she never cared to call me back. My wife is now responsible for a $1900 dollar bill on top of everything else we had to pay. Please please I am begging you stay away from this company."
