About Us
Orlando Fencing Club, located at 2393 Elizabeth Avenue in Orlando, Florida, is dedicated to helping individuals improve themselves through the martial sport of Olympic fencing. Coaches Jenny and Jason Seachrist are professionally trained and Safe Sport Certified, with decades of experience in providing safe and affordable instruction. Both are also certified referees, with Jenny being a certified Armorer as well.
Winter Garden Fencing Academy, established in 2005, and Orlando Fencing Club, which dates back to around 1980 under previous leadership, are both official members of US Fencing and the Central Florida Division of US Fencing. Jenny took over as Head Coach in 2017, continuing the tradition of excellence in fencing instruction.
The institution's motto emphasizes personal improvement over medal counts, encouraging students to leave the gym better than when they arrived.
