"Circle of Care which is at Sheridan. I have to start by saying that this place is depressing. The front office is nice, but when they take them to a site called Intake Service OMG it is something else. That place is dark, it has no natural light, super depressing. If people with different mental problems go there, I think they should make the place nice inside so that the stay is not so hard for those who are there. The staff are very friendly, but there is always one who doesn't care about the person's situation and makes fun. Breakfasts and meals a disaster. When I went to visit I was literally shocked. When I left that place I started to cry just thinking about how the people who are there feel inside. I don't understand the purpose of that place because from what I could see it DOES NOT help, you get more depressed."

"I nearly died while I was here during my freshman year for issues with depression and at one point I completely dehydrated myself and went 2 days without food and water and the worst part none of the staff cared one bit if I stayed an extra day I would’ve died sense most people die after 3 days without water."

"I can't believe this place. How do the people that work there sleep at night? The place is filthy. The people don't get enough to eat. No towels. No blankets sheets or pillow cases. The techs don't want to help anyone. Three days without seeing a Dr. Discharged without seeing a Dr. No treatment at all. The state should close this place down. This is a disgrace completely. The whole system should be ashamed of themselves. The health depth isn't doing their job watching over this place.so many violations its unreal. No one deserves to be sent for fake treatment there. They will be reported to every place I can think of that should been watching over them"

"I wish I could put zero stars. I was wrongfully sent to Circles of Care in February of 2023. While there, I was not provided with the basic necessities like a pillow because they said it was “a safety hazard.” When it was brought up to staff while leaving they tried to say I was lying and asked for a pillow case. There were many inappropriate drawings on the walls of the bedrooms. I asked to speak with the doctor and I was told to wait my turn, the day went on and I never spoke to anyone. I was given the wrong dose of my medicine, and even though I told them I take my medicine at night, they gave it to me in the morning. The three days I was there we practically did nothing. It was only on the last day that we did group therapy. The rest of the time including the last day we mostly watched movies. We went outside once in the time I was there. The workers told us we could go back out, but it never happened. The food was horrible and some people would sneak snacks because they were so hungry. We were told not to make friends, but in group meetings workers would tell us how happy they were we were making friends. There were three bathrooms, only one during the day to use, and only two you could use to shower, for all patients in that area. When it was time to sleep it was extremely hard because of how cold it was, and in the room I was in they would not turn off the lights. Every morning we would wash our hands before breakfast, and one morning some already had because they had gone to the bathroom, but were threatened by the workers saying they wouldn’t get breakfast if they didn’t wash their hands again. There was one analog clock behind the counter, and some younger kids couldn’t read it, and the workers refused to tell them the time. I do not believe I was provided help while I was there, if anything, I felt worse after."
