Freeway Insurance

"I had called freeway to add & remove cars on my policy. I was told that I had to renew policy before doing this. I was renewing policy on phone and while I was disconnected four times by Miami & Winter Haven office. I called several more times and held for 5-15 minutes each time & my calls kept getting disconnected. I experience this every month. I finally spoke with a wonderful agent named Lori from the Dunedin office. Lori was wonderful & I would like to let everyone know that if it wasn't for her, I would've given my business to another insurance agency. I hope that in future all the Freeway agents would care as much as Lori did! I want to express my gratitude to Lori for providing me excellent customer service. Always ask for your representatives name upon answering your call so that you don't have this problem. I rate Lori five stars. I would really appreciate for higher management of Freeway to look into this constant disconnection problem and look much deeper into this recurring problem! The rating of one star is for the previous calls that I was disconnected from so conveniently.
