"This organization has been useless in regards to helping with dental coverage, yet very successful at scamming money. I purchased the coverage with intent to use the benefits, however, I was never able to get the benefit cards, nor was I able to find a dentist that would except American Health Advantage coverage. Also, after one year, because I moved, I did not receive the renewal letter and was charged a second year because I did not respond to the letter. I was told after speaking to a very unhelpful person (who by the way stated it was my fault for not using the insurance and should have found a dentist who would take it) refused to give me a refund."

"This company is a complete scam, I would be surprised if there is actually any benefit at all for having them. it is strictly a billing scam, it is stated on their home page that they DO NOT meet the criteria for being a provider. Trust me, they are billing dead people that have full dentures that have no business seeing a dentist. I have tried to get them to cancel an invalid policy to a dead relative and they will not do it. They should be in prison. Bad fax numbers, no replies, claim to help over the phone but don't. It is white-collar crime."
